The objective of Face Up 21 is the same as Blackjack however the rules differ as follows:
Rules:
Blackjack pays even money
Dealer cards face up
Dealer must hit soft 17
Player wins Blackjack tie, Dealer wins all other ties
Double after split allowed
1 card dealt on split aces
Double on 2 card hard totals of 9, 10 or 11
