  • What is iNetBet?

    NetBet is in essence just like any bricks and mortar Casino that you may find almost anywhere in the world, except that we operate on the Internet and you can play from the comfort of your own home or office.

  • How does it work?

    Firstly, you open an account with us. You then make your deposits through a number of methods such as Credit Card or one of the other options that are available (see deposit options). Once your account is credited, you can play our Casino games, all your transactions are tracked and are available on request. At any time, you can withdraw all or part of the money in your account, your money will be sent in a prompt and punctual manner.

  • Can I play at iNetBet?

    Due to legislation, not all Countries allow online gambling to take place. It is advisable to ensure that it is legal in your respective Country. iNetBet Casino cannot be held responsible for any legal action that may be taken against a player.

    iNetBet Casino has a list of Countries where players may not be able to open an account due to Country bans or IP blocks. This applies to all the Countries listed below; please contact support to see which group the given Country belongs to. For Country bans iNetBet will consider players from these countries if a credit check has been performed. Alternatively if you are in an area where an IP block may be in place please contact support and we will open an account for you.

  • Is this legal?

    International law is very complex; obviously we cannot list or be aware of the specific laws that may apply to your place of domicile. However we operate under strict compliance with all local laws, and urge you to access our site only if you feel at ease that you are in compliance with your own specific Country laws.

Technical Questions

  • Is my computer compatible with iNetBet software?

    The requirements for our software are recommended to the following computer specifications:

    • Pentium I 133 MHZ
    • At least 64 MB RAM (internal memory)
    • At least 50 MB of free Hard Drive space

    Operating System - Microsoft Windows 95/08/NT with SP3 or higher/2000/ME/XP

  • I am having trouble downloading the software!

    In order to download you need to follow the following instructions: Download Instructions

    If you are not getting the download box popping up this is probably due to the fact that you have some form of pop up blocker on your computer.

    Please try using the direct download link.

    Please check that no warning message is appearing stopping a pop up when you access this page. If the pop up still does not appear may I suggest you any disable any blockers in order to download the casino.

    If you continue to have issues why not use our Instant Play Casino instead?

  • I am having problems seeing the graphics.

    It is recommended that you set your screen resolution to 800x600 and 256 colors. Lower resolution, you will need to scroll up and down.

  • Can I play if I have an operating system other than Windows?

    At this moment iNetBet software is only compatible with Microsoft Windows as the operating system. However, watch this space for more information in the future.

    Update: You can now play at iNetBet using most operating systems.
  • I don't know how to get to my Desktop; I'm an AOL user.

    In order to find the desktop, you will have to minimize all the AOL windows until you can see the desktop. On top of the AOL window, you will find three buttons, the middle one pictures 2 boxes, one behind the other, the button on the right (an X) is the button you press to close the window. Press on the button on the LEFT, which should be a small line. Don't close them, since that would disconnect you from the Internet. The install icon is a small computer with the name iNetBet underneath.

    Once you find it, click on it and the install window should pop up. You will need to follow the instructions and it will assist you through the complete process. Once finished you will be able to view the Casino icon on the desktop. The icon will look like a small pile of golden chips, with the name iNetBet underneath.

    Open the casino and create an account by clicking on the create account button, making sure you are still online, otherwise you'll get an "Unable to establish connection" message.

  • What games do you offer?

  • Can I be sure the games are fair?

    At iNetBet our games are independently tested for accuracy and fairness. In addition to this, our Random Number Generator has been tested and approved by software engineers from Princeton University, guaranteeing our customers complete fairness in every game.

  • My Internet connection terminated during play; will I forfeit the bet?

    No, your hand will not be forfeited. If the gaming server has received the "spin/deal/hit" or any other instruction related to the game, it will complete the hand and if you the player win, it will put the money on your account. After you have reconnected, you can return to the game and you will see what the result was.

  • Am I restricted to what games I can play?

    Not if the account has just been opened. iNetBet reserves the right to refuse game play if it is suspected that the game in question is being used to exploit any promotion.

Downloading and Installation

  • I was downloading and I lost Internet connectivity?

    As soon as you reconnect to the Internet, click on the "Smart Download" file on your desktop and the download will continue.

  • Where do I find the installed software?

    By default, when you download the software, it automatically installs on your machine and it also places an iNetBet icon on your desktop. If this is not the case, you can find the installed software under the Start | Programs | iNetBet. To place a shortcut on your desktop, go to the mentioned location, right click with your mouse on the iNetBet application file and select "Add shortcut to desktop".

  • How do I remove the software from my computer?

    If required to remove the software, please proceed to Start | Programs | iNetBet and select the "Uninstall iNetBet" option. This will completely remove the iNetBet software from your computer.

  • Will I need to pay for the software?

    No. The iNetBet software is free and the player is under no obligation to download the software. However, if it is not downloaded and installed on your computer, you will not be able to play at iNetBet Casino.

  • How long do I need to stay connected to the Internet?

    During play, you will need to be connected to the Internet the entire time. If the connection is broken, lost or terminated, the Casino software will not be able to connect to the gaming server, thus you will not be able to continue your play.

Registering and Logging On

  • How do I register a new account?

    If it is the first time that a player is registering a new account, the registration will automatically start after the installation is complete. A player needs to fill out the registration page, and when completed, the player will have a guest (play for fun and not real money) and a real money account. It is the player's choice at logon to choose which account they would like to play from.

  • Can I open multiple accounts?

    A player will only be allowed one real money playing account.

  • I try to create an account and it tells me that the account already exists?

    The message you are getting from the computer claiming that the account already exists means that the account name you have chosen is already in use by another player.

    You need to either change your User Name by adding numbers or selecting a less common one.

  • Can I play at iNetBet from different computers using my existing playing account?

    Yes, however, you will need to download and install the software on all the machines that you would like to play from. Also, you will need to be connected to the Internet at all times during play.

  • I am getting a message that says "Unable to connect."

    If you have downloaded the software and it does not connect, first check your Internet connection. You have to be online to play at our Casino.

    If you are connected to the Internet and you are still experiencing problems, then you may need to delete and re-download the software, or check that you are not behind a Proxy server. Should the problem persist please contact our support team for assistance.

  • Why do I keep getting an Invalid Password message?

    If you have just been disconnected from the software or didn't exit properly, the system may still have you registered as logged in. Please wait around 15 minutes for the automatic disconnection and then you'll be able to connect.

    You may also be entering the wrong password. Remember the account name and password are case sensitive; so make sure that you are typing them in correctly.

  • I cannot remember my log in details.

    If you are unable to remember your account details please send a mail to support in order to retrieve them. You will need to include the following information: Full Name, Address, Contact number and email address used when opening the account.

Banking

  • Can I play for real money?

    Of course! Casinos just wouldn't be the same without the chance to win big.

  • What currencies do you accept?

    All wagering is transacted in US Dollars. However, you may make a deposit with us in any currency you like, we will then credit your account in US Dollars, converted exactly at the International Currency rate, specific to your Country at the time of transfer.

  • If I use my credit card, can someone see my credit card number?

    We offer a 128-bit SSL (Secure Socket Layer) Encryption transfer when a purchase is made. You may be assured that all your details will remain safe and secure.

  • How long does it take to get paid?

    We process withdrawal requests each and every business day and weekends. We aim to have all withdrawals processed within 24 hours. Whilst we process them within this timeframe the speed of the transaction appearing on your statement/account will depend on how long your Banking institution takes to process. For express/check withdrawals, you can generally expect 7-10 business days, depending on international delivery. Our normal policy is to process your redemption request the day we receive it, assuming it is during normal banking hours.

    With online wallets we aim to have your withdrawal completed into your relevant account within a few hours.

  • Are my winnings reported for tax purposes?

    All transactions are strictly confidential. We will not report any activity to any government agency or body.

  • How can I deposit more "for fun" credits?

    When you first create your account and play for fun you will receive credit for $1,000 in your iNetBet fun account. To deposit more money you go to the Casino Bank, click on the deposit icon and type in the amount you want to deposit into your account.

    The Bank will not ask for any other information.

Security and Privacy

  • Is my information kept private?

    iNetBet respects your privacy and therefore will never rent, sell or distribute any information about you. Your personal information will be safeguarded by iNetBet and will never be sold to mailing lists.

  • What is spam?

    Spam is unsolicited e-mail. This means that the e-mail being received was not requested at anytime by the recipient. If you don't know the person, or they have not asked to be part of your list, or the list you are sending, then it is considered Spam.

  • What is your spam policy?

    We do not tolerate Spam of any type. If you are an affiliate of ours and you are unsure if you will be spamming people, e-mail webmaster@inetbet.com and explain your advertising method. If we receive notification and proof of spamming, we reserve the right to delete your account from our network, and you will forfeit all earnings.

Disputes

  • If I have a payment issue is there an independent arbitrator?

    In the unlikely event that you have some kind of issue with iNetBet there is an independant arbitrator which can be consulted. They are called CDS Corporation Ltd. Please be aware that this can only be used for Payout Investigations such as non payment of winnings etc. It is not to be used for bonus requests or the like.
