you have deposited via NETeller or have a current NETeller account then
your withdrawals can be credited back directly to this.
Any withdrawals over and above deposited funds will require a completed Fax Back Form on file to be processed. Withdrawals can only be credited to the same NETeller account used to deposit. Should a player have solely deposited using NETeller a Fax Back Form may not be required.

We are unable to process checks in amounts under $100, due to the costs
of Bank processing and overnight fees. This option is also limited to some
areas globally. The first overnight Express of the month you request is
free, all others for the same monthly period are charged at $35. After requesting
your withdrawal it will take up to 24 hours for the withdrawal to be authorized,
providing all documentation is in place. As Express checks are sent from
outside the United States it may take 5-7 Business days to reach their destination,
however in most cases it takes about 72 hours. We will only send the check
to the address we have on file.
The
minimum withdrawal via Wire Transfer is $250. It takes approximately four
to ten days to complete a Wire Transfer. There is no charge for the first
transfer of the month. Successive transfers are billed at $50 per transfer
plus any applicable fees. Transfers will only be sent to the identity on
file. Any fees will be deducted from the withdrawn winnings.
If you select Wire transfer for receiving the balance of your winnings, you will be asked to send further information such as account name and number, bank name and address, Swift Code or ABA Number, etc.
Withdrawal requests by bank wire will be processed on our regularly scheduled days. There are restrictions to the number of withdrawals that can be made in this way.
If
deposits have been made via Credit Card, it is possible that the withdrawal
monies requested may be credited back to the Credit Card that made the initial
deposit. There is no minimum amount and no charge, whilst the funds leave
our account immediately, it can take approximately 3-4 days for authorization
to appear on your Credit Card statement (Depending on the speed of your
Bank). If withdrawals exceed your deposits The balance of your withdrawal
can be sent via NETeller, PrePaid ATM, Wire Transfer or an Overnight Express
check.
ATTENTION: Due to recent international banking regulations we are unable to credit your original deposit back to your MasterCard or Visa accounts. We can however send your winnings via the other above options. However we must have your verification information on file; Fax Back information.
